Good morning! Now watch around you. Do you see something to be grateful of? If you do, say thank you. Congratulations, you just practiced gratitude! Gratitude week (day 1)
Hello again! On this week I will show you all I can about gratitude. First we ask, what is gratitude? Gratitude is to appreciate what one has and is given. You can recieve things from people,like a brigth smile, or from your environment, like a tiny flower that grew on your garden suddenly. Basically, gratitude is to feel thankful.
You can practice gratitude every second of your life, if you want to. You just need a positive attitude and all done!
