As the title says, this week's theme will be Zest. Now, before I go to videos or anything, I'll give you an explanation of Zest (one of our character strengths,not the grated skin of a lemon one).
Zest, according to the dictionary means invigorating or keen excitement or enjoyment, and to add interest or flavor.
Zest is the capacity that you have to make the most exciting or fun out of a situation. When you have zest you approach problems with excitement and energy. This positive trait helps you enjoy more everything in life. So this week we will learn more about zest.
