Good morning! Now watch around you. Do you see something to be grateful of? If you do, say thank you. Congratulations, you just practiced gratitude! Even though gratitude is not all about that, of course, it is a good start. You can make a list like the one below as an exercise to practice your gratitude.

Gratitude week (day 1)

Hello again! On this week I will show you all I can about gratitude. First we ask, what is gratitude? Gratitude is to appreciate what one has and is given. You can recieve things from people,like a brigth smile, or from your environment, like a tiny flower that grew on your garden suddenly. Basically, gratitude is to feel thankful.

You can practice gratitude every second of your life, if you want to. You just need a positive attitude and all done!

PERSEVERANCE ( day 5, final)

Well, now it's time to say good bye to this section of Perseverance, I hope that you had an idea of what is perseverance and don't give up on your dreams. Remember this: bad times will come but also the good ones, the people you love may disappear or may not. Having a happy live it depends on your decisions and actions towards people or stuff. Be happy, and when you are having a bad time, hear a happy song, or a one who tells about a fight, if you hear a sad song, you will feel depressed. 
This is only a tip, but I hope it could be for some help.

PERSEVERANCE (day 4)

Hello again!!,:D

Today I overheard a conversation about the tv characters that they admire, like a superhero. The first superhero that I thought it was superman
This guy is really a superhero ō-ō)7 and a good example of perseverance. But it's not like he is the one who have more perseverance... 
Batman, Green Lantern, etc.

I don't read a lot of marvel, but I can be sure that all haver perseverance at the time of fighting the bad guy.

Personally, the character who has more perseverance, (not from Marvel) and is nuts its: 
Monkey D. Luffy, that guy at the time of fighting, he don't give up, like the others, but he is completely nuts hahahaha.
